假的，此為「假鄰居真詐騙」資訊，詐騙會先以亂槍打鳥方式加入大家的line好友，接著會提出一些日常問題，或嘗試進行對話，詐騙集團會盜用他人照片或利用AI生成圖片，隨機傳訊息指控他人製造噪音，若是回覆訊息，詐團就會先道歉再以「表示歉意」為由噓寒問暖約見面，之後再恐嚇索取3萬元，威脅若不照辦將對住戶全家人不利。
