衛福部說明，育兒津貼請領條件，為所得稅率在20％以下，沒有領取育嬰留職停薪津貼，以及小朋友未接受公共或準公共化服務者。前2胎每月各發放2500元，第三胎再加碼補助，發放每月3500元。
