健保署澄清：贈送保溫袋係104年為推廣健康存摺，鼓勵民眾臨櫃申辦健保卡註冊服務之活動贈品，該活動已結束，且贈品已發送完畢，本署曾於105年2月25日發布新聞稿說明。
