立法院會今天三讀修正通過菸害防制法部分條文，納管加熱菸及載具，禁止電子煙，並提高菸品警示圖文比例至50%、禁菸年齡升至20歲。新法對電子煙非法業者祭出重罰，最高處新台幣5000萬元罰鍰。
