由於藝FUN券只能用手機註冊和使用，文化部長李永得今日也明確指出，後續將推出針對「65歲以上、18歲以下」人群以及身心障礙者推出另外的振興專案，屆時只要用健保卡，到四大超商即可登入領券，但要等第一階段「藝FUN券」APP發放完成後，才會公布辦法及額度。
