確實有中獎，經查詢中獎的是【雲端發票】，因為沒有歸戶載具是存在萊爾富會員裡，所以收到此簡訊。

發票號碼在萊爾富APP(Hi-Life VIP)>會員中心>我的發票>選擇期別查看
