COVID-19 的棘蛋白確實在人體內會有反應，但是這不代表 mRNA 疫苗也會有一樣的反應。
mRNA 疫苗讓人體製造的棘蛋白，與感染 COVID-19 時產生的棘蛋白，在人體中的作用相當不同：
1️⃣ 人體細胞按照疫苗設計、製造棘蛋白之後，會把一部分的的蛋白切成碎片。
2️⃣ 與感染 COVID-19 不同的是，接受疫苗的 mRNA 的細胞，不會組成新的病毒顆粒另行擴散。
3️⃣ mRNA 疫苗讓人體製造的棘蛋白經過修飾，可以增強免疫反應，且不會像真的病毒那樣與 ACE2 受體結合。
最後，疫苗中的 mRNA 在轉譯出棘蛋白之後，就會很快的被破壞並且被人體代謝掉，所以人體也不會一直製造疫苗所產生的棘蛋白。
因此，網站裡列舉的「COVID-19 棘蛋白」在確診者人體裡面的反應，並不會發生在注射 mRNA 疫苗的人身上。
