①Prion(普里昂或稱朊毒體)確實是一種蛋白質，影片中提到的狂牛症(BSE)、麋鹿的傳染性腦病變(CWD)、新型賈庫氏病(vCJD)、克魯氏症(Kuru)的確都是Prion Disease的一種。
②同類相食的確是物種內主要傳染途徑，但目前普遍認為狂牛症與人類的新型庫賈氏病高度相關，至於病原是如何從牛進入人體尚不清楚。
③感染狂牛症牛隻的遺體處理的確相當繁複，英國將其分成三大類分別訂有詳細焚化等規範。
