此為交友詐騙，業者假網路交友之名，行不當銷售之實，從而衍生消費糾紛之案例。例如，以美容服務業經由網路，進行假交友、真銷售，甚至是假交友、真貸款之方式衍生之申訴案件最多(60%)。綜整其手法，多是利用交友方式遂行其銷售之目的。因此，特別提醒消費者透過網路交友，應慎選對象，以防落入陷阱。
