防疫期間仍要均衡的攝取每一類食物,尤其是生鮮的蔬菜水果富含多種的抗氧化劑,如:維生素C、類胡蘿蔔素及許多的植化素等,建議每人每天要攝取3份蔬菜2份水果,每份蔬菜煮熟後約半碗,一天需有1碗半蔬菜攝取,水果約1個拳頭大,一天需2個拳頭大小水果才夠。另外建議蔬果每日攝取的種類需做多樣化,可以多買幾樣輪流攝取。
