香港麥當勞回覆《香港01》指,現時薯條已不含石油類化學物「特丁基對苯二酚」 (TBHQ),強調薯條只含極微量「二甲基聚矽氧烷」(DMPS),用於減少在炸製過程中過量起泡,符合生產國家及香港的食品安全標準
