經濟部智慧財產局表示，即使取得著作權人授權，例如：有些作者會在著作上標示「著作權所有，歡迎轉載」或「版權所有，轉載請註明出處」等方式，明示授權使用者可以轉載或轉寄，在實際從事轉寄行為時，仍應將原有權利管理電子資訊完整標示，包括：作者、出處、出版單位、授權條件、授權資訊等，因為著作權法第80條之1對於權利管理電子資訊有另外的保護。
