為維持基層勞工的基本生活所需，同意核定本次基本工資調整方案，自112年1月1日起，月薪調升至2萬6,400元，時薪調升至176元，這也確定是蔡總統上任以來，連續第7年調漲基本工資，月薪總調幅達31.9%，時薪達46.7%，具體展現政府照顧基層勞工的決心。
