2021年的情況特別條例是否延長，要做一個綜合性盤點和評估。三倍券推出之前各方都還有一些保留和疑慮，但大家都知道，三倍券確實好領、好用、好刺激，也帶來經濟的循環。但現在評估階段，是否在振興做法上還要維持三倍券或推出加碼，現在還未定論，各種措施和做法都還要做整體性的考量。
