高雄市衛生局表示，益江公司涉違規的口罩（批號為T122B04320130630），已依法裁處在案，並令其限期回收，衛生局有派員到公司查察，目前該公司目前販售的口罩均非違規批號的口罩，請民眾不用擔心。
