假的,傳統市場或排骨便當並無法作為判斷依據,也無法從豬皮判斷,用肉眼無法辨識豬肉是否是萊豬,需要用儀器檢測才能知道準確的結果。至於大賣場均販售台灣豬肉,包裝上會標示產地來源,陳架上也有張貼豬肉來源小告示,方便消費者參考。
