殺菌32倍的效果是無稽之談,食物經調製後,建議不要放在室溫下超過2小時,若夏天溫度高(超過32度)最好不要放超過1小時,就食品安全角度來看,吃剩的食物應盡速放到冰箱儲存才正確。低溫只能抑制細菌繁殖,放進冰箱不等於延長保存期限,也不可能殺菌。
