刑事局和 LINE 都有做出解釋，實際向法院聲請搜索票調閱相關電磁紀錄過程十分嚴謹，台灣 LINE 官方也表示無論是何種形式，LINE 都不會單方面配合政府隨意調閱用戶資料。
