沖泡配方奶粉的水溫建議要達到70℃以上,別再用低於70℃以下的溫度來泡配方奶了!原因是因為配方奶粉並非是無菌狀態的,它可能因為奶粉罐打開後,因環境產生的濕度、溫度,讓奶粉滋長一些細菌。

所以最安全的沖泡方法是:用燒開熱水並冷卻到不低於70 ℃沖泡配方奶,再把奶瓶放在水龍頭下沖涼以旋轉方式沖一分鐘或是把奶瓶放在加了冷水或冰水的容器裡降溫。 (記得要蓋好奶瓶的蓋子)

奶粉中最需要關注的是阪崎氏腸桿菌(E. sakazakii)、腸道沙門氏菌(Salmonella enterica),依據FAO與WHO專家會議的評估:使用【不低於70度C】的水沖泡配方奶、沖泡後盡快食用完畢,即可有效控制阪崎氏腸桿菌的危險;專家會議亦認為這個風險控制原則也適用於腸道沙門氏菌。
