愚昧會留在乳房,暴躁會留在子宮,疲畏會抑鬱,委屈會留在腸胃,壓力會存在漸進,看似只是漸漸單單的生氣,不好的情緒會慢慢要了命。
不要和別人做無謂的計較,不要將委屈放在心裏。
西冥最好方式並不是養生,而是管理情緒,最應該把放下,快樂,釋懷化為重點,反覆背誦,讓自己過得快樂一點。
