目前泡麵的麵條分油炸、非油炸兩種製作方式。非油炸的做法是以烘乾方式處理;而油炸處理的麵條,為了抗油脂酸敗,在製作過程會增添抗氧化劑(維生素E),是防止食物酸化的安定劑。而劑量都符合國內衛生使用條件,所以食用的時候不必太擔心。
