是最低速限。低於最低速限（龜速車）方面，行駛雪隧時若低於最低速限70公里，且同向車道前方50公尺以上沒有其他車輛，將法製單舉發，處3000元至6000元罰鍰。
警方也說，在雪隧正常車速情況下，若車輛與前方車輛距離不足10公尺，屬惡意逼車，最重將處以6000元至2萬4000元的罰鍰。
國道警方呼籲，雪隧科技執法所列取締項目都可連續製單舉發，請用路人遵守相關規定行駛。
