70歲以上長者，曾接種過第一劑莫德納疫苗且第二劑至少與第一劑間隔滿10週（70天）以上。報到時會核對相關身份證件，若身份資格不符合中央規定，將取消預約。目前2021年9月底前都已經截止額滿囉。
