該報導標題誤植食品GMP標章，且涉案之內外化學工業股份有限公司因未能取得PIC/S GMP之製造許可，自104年1月1日起已非合格藥廠。另該廠101年至102年間因多次嚴重違反GMP規定，遭食藥署勒令自102年12月20日起停止全廠西藥藥品之生產作業，並將品質有疑慮之市售產品全面回收。
