花媽10年高雄市長借1035億，如果有台北每年100多億的統籌分配款，跟北市比起來等於就是沒借錢，加上縣市合併短少的錢，等於比柯還會存錢，而且花媽還留下一堆建設，結果萊爾市長一直批評高雄負債，這個人真的是毫無誠信又不認真查證，只會嘴砲。

高雄市府晚間發表聲明表示，高雄市政府累積債務未達3千億，高雄市政府也不是一直由民進黨執政，陳菊市長任內舉債1千億，還債1200億，「還的比借的多」。
