假的，如果點擊連結，將連到假冒的行政院紓困網站，要求民眾上傳身分證影像並輸入手機號碼、銀行帳號密碼等個資，結果不但領不到補助金，戶頭內的存款還可能被盜轉一空，千萬別上當。
