人類本身就是恆溫動物，身體有調節機制，冰水喝下肚，只會短暫影響血液和黏膜，但體內熱能很快就會讓冰水升溫，所以喝冰水無傷大雅，水中沒有自由基不會致癌，更不會讓脂肪囤積。
