仍在提議階段，感冒藥、腸胃藥、銀杏萃取物、葡萄糖胺等928項指示藥品，一年用掉健保17億元，但是健保法明訂不應給付，有醫院代表提案剔除指示藥健保給付，請民眾自費到藥房購買。
