這是大陸的犯罪手法，這種麻醉藥劑在台灣應列為管制藥品，除醫師、牙醫師、獸醫師、獸醫佐或醫藥教育研究試驗人員外，一般人是不可能合法取得麻醉藥劑。
歹徒若想用此犯罪手法必須經由非法管道取得麻醉藥，不但花費成本可觀且冒很大風險。
