無期徒刑強盜性侵假釋犯蕭國昌，前天下午在澎湖剪斷電子腳鐐，搭客輪到嘉義布袋上岸逃逸，昨天下午在台北市遭警方逮捕。他供稱，因吸毒驗出陽性反應才起意逃亡，他因違規被撤銷假釋，台北地檢署直接將他發監執行。
