端午節又到了,怕各位忘記了,所以再提醒一下,農曆5月5日(國暦5月30日)中午11奌至1點,是一年當中最強的正陽,所以覺得自己很衰,常生病,生氣,有卡陰,⋯等,可以站在太陽陽底下(陰天也有太陽)最少15分鐘,深呼吸調氣,會有意想不到的效果,一年之中只有那二個小時有用喲!記得要做哦!
