(!)新北市6月4日7時30分解除水門管制措施，陸續開放新店溪、大漢溪及淡水河流域內之橫移門及越堤道(除疏洪六路以北區域及1、2號越堤道外，因積水未退)。

4日凌晨0時30分，新北市將關閉新店溪、大漢溪、淡水河流域內的橫移門（俗稱水門）及二重疏洪道、新莊西盛至三重重新橋堤外便道、樹林柑園至鶯歌堤外便道，以及板橋大漢橋至城林橋堤外機車道，民眾若有車輛停放在河川區域或各河濱公園內，請儘速駛離，同步並開放道路紅黃線及校園停車。
