原訊息敘述容易誤導大家，以為明年開始只要攜帶超量藥品就會被抓去關 10 年。但實際上：
1. 「入境旅客攜帶自用藥物限量表」已經行之多年
2. 「攜帶」藥品超量，只會將超過的部分辦理退運或放棄；要「販賣」才可能會依照藥事法進行判決。
