2017年地價稅繳納期限將於11月30日截止。逾期繳納稅捐者，每逾兩日按應納稅額加徵1%滯納金，逾30日仍未繳納，除加徵15%滯納金外，還會被移送行政執行署強制執行。但12月2、3號為例假日，因此12/4補繳稅款還不會加徵滯納金。

地價稅繳納 11月30日截止 台北市稅捐稽徵處昨（28）日表示，今（2017）年地價稅繳納期限將於11月30日截止。逾期繳納稅捐者，每逾兩日按應納稅額加徵1%滯納金，逾30日仍未繳納，除加徵15%滯納金外，還會被移送行政執行署強制執行。 稅捐處指出，為協助因公告地價調整繳納地價稅有困難者，台北市政府已經訂定延期分期繳納辦法，應納地價稅額如較前一次公告地價調整增加1.5萬元以上
