【李姿慧╱台北報導】在公車停靠區違停，罰款將加重。交通部昨預告修法，未來在公車站牌10公尺內違停，機車罰鍰加重為900至1200元；汽車直接採最高罰重罰1200元，最快春節後上路，未來更擬修法提高最高罰款至2400元。交通部表示，汽機車在公車站牌10公尺內停車，嚴重影響公車停靠和乘客上下車安全，也屢有其他汽機車為閃避而肇事，因此將修正「違反道路交通管理事件統一裁罰基準及處理細則」，在裁罰基準額度內
