交通部路政司回應，《汽車運輸業管理規則》已明定，計費表一定要列印乘車證明供乘客收執，只要乘客要求，司機就必須提供，若惡意不提供列印收據，民眾可提出檢舉，將依《公路法》開罰9000至9萬元。
