ㄧ、高雄市警察局刑警大隊和警政署均表示，此為流傳已久的舊謠言。截至目前，全台並無接獲類似的案件，民眾不用過度恐慌。 二、此謠言曾不斷變形曾在不同國家流傳，包括美國、中國、新加坡等，當地相關機構均指出，當地並無此類案件。 因此，傳言為「錯誤」訊息。
