縣府 表示，2020年成蟲收購期程自十月五日起至十二月三日止，於每周一及周四，上午九點至下午四點，只要戶籍地為彰化縣民，即可將成蟲交至各鄉鎮市公所，並以每公斤一千元(一元/克)的價格收購荔枝椿象成蟲，請以透明塑膠袋及其他容器（塑膠瓶、紙容器、鐵鋁罐）繳交，另除荔枝椿象以外的雜質物亦不計價。
