並非去掉 性別/父母/配偶 欄位，甚至 國名/國徽，為 同婚和去中華民國鋪路。是目前國民身分證已發行超過10年，內政部正研擬晶片國民身分證換發計畫，將朝「自然人憑證、國民身分證」二合一方向規劃。
