假的，假冒台電的詐騙簡訊。

台電對於逾繳費期限尚未繳費用戶，如用戶留有手機連絡電話，會以簡訊提醒用戶，簡訊內容僅會提到「用戶地址及電號截至何時有電費未繳，若已繳無須理會，有疑問請洽客服1911。」，不會提供網址要求用戶填寫資料繳費。
