依「道路交通管理處罰條例」第54條規定，平交道範圍含黃色網狀線，在此超、迴、倒車或臨停、停車，都可開罰，汽車停在網狀線罰款3萬4千元，大型車9萬元，而且要吊扣駕照一年。若闖越平交道，機車罰6萬7500元，小型車7萬4500元，大型車9萬元。
