有關蔡英文總統學歷案：
➡️早年並無檢附大學以上學歷之規定，係因後來修法增加的規定，蔡總統參選2010年新北市長時，即依法依規檢附外館查證過的博士學歷在案。
➡️實際上，依總統選罷法及公職選罷法相關規定，已經檢附在案者，其後參選之學歷免再附學歷證件，並無「中選會訂製小英條款」一事。
