汽車行駛道路後座乘坐人員未繫安全帶，自101年2月1日起，一般道路處新臺幣1,500元罰款；高速或快速道路處3,000-6,000元。至於12歲以下學幼童坐在後座沒有繫安全帶，101年年8月1號起，就會開罰。
