民眾接到這種「中獎現金袋」，真的要簽收，也要當場察看裡面是不是真的有現金，尤其沒有參加抽獎卻又接獲通知中獎，通常是詐騙手法，不必理會，應拒簽要求直接退回，萬一對方語帶恐嚇，可報警協助查緝。
