韌性特別預算案於10月17日經立法院三讀通過，總統於今（23）日公布特別預算，普發現金廣宣網站「https://10000.gov.tw」於今（23）日20時起正式上線。領取方式比照112年普發現金6000元方式，採「登記入帳」、「ATM領現」、「郵局領現」、「直接入帳」及「造冊發放」5種方式。
