【記者林芳如／台北報導】健保部分負擔新制將分2階段上路，第一階段調整急診、門診藥品部分負擔於4月實施，未來輕症直衝醫學中心急診最多收800元，到醫學中心看門診，掛號費加上藥品部分負擔等，估計花費破千元。

不是所有病況及就醫急診都調漲，因輕症到醫學中心掛急診最高可能調為800元。為使健保醫療資源妥適使用，急診主要影響醫學中心和區域醫院，檢傷分類第一、第二級的重症病人急診收費調降，醫學中心和區域醫院分別最多收300元、200元；檢傷分類第四、第五級的輕症病人急診收費調升。醫學中心和區域醫院分別最多收800元、600元。
