修正通過之菸害防制法第15條規定，禁止任何人製造、輸入、販賣(包括透過網路、實體店面及面交)、供應(提供他人使用)、展示或廣告(製作廣告、接受傳播或刊載)各式電子煙之類菸品或其組合元件。國民健康署呼籲，若有「販賣」或「使用」電子煙的人，請別再賣及使用，避免違法受罰，
