《述說龍門》初期印刷少量紙本有送到國家圖書館和台北市立圖書館，可館內閱覽但不可借出。台電原本的出版計畫被下令中止，在政府出版品資訊網上，點進購買會發現查無此書，市面上也無法買到這本書。

這本書可以在圖書館，例如台北市立圖書館館藏系統裡面找到，禁書的話應不會開放市民借閱。
