確實是「欣彰天然氣股份有限公司」的帳單，今年欣彰有改為簡訊帳單或email等電子化的方式。上面看到的用戶編號是你們家的編號喔，輸入你收到簡訊的手機末三碼跟下方驗證碼就可以登入繳款（有條碼或是行動支付的QR CODE。
之前天然氣帳單上有說會改成簡訊帳單、官方網站上面也有公告。
