假的。並沒有所謂的全國警察績效比賽，內政部警政署未要求員警取締違規必須達到一定件數，並無所謂的「業績壓力」。也沒有任何全國警察👮♀️會在11月開始瘋狂抓違規的情況，建議注意安全，就不用交通違規。
